1. These terms and conditions apply to the Inver branded gift cards (‘Gift Cards’) in a plastic or paper version.
2. Gift Cards can be used in full or part payment for goods and fuel in participating Inver stores listed below.
3. You can check your Gift Card balance in any participating store at the till.
4. We will not be liable for lost, stolen, fraudulently used or damaged Gift Cards.
5. Gift Cards and any remaining balance will expire 5 years after the date of the first activation/first use/date of issue.
6. One year after the date of the first activation/first use/date of issue and every year thereafter an annual fee of €5 will be charged and deducted from the balance on the Gift Card.
7. Change is not given on purchases made with a Gift Card. Any remaining balance may be used against future purchases.
8. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
