Inver Energy Limited confirms the sale of the company to Greenergy

Inver Energy Limited confirms that the sale of 100% of the company’s share capital to Greenergy as previously announced in July has closed.  The transaction has received the appropriate regulatory approvals and all final closing requirements have been completed.
